Our friends at S4S Dental and Smilelign are recruiting for two fantastic roles. Based from their new complex on Rutland road in Sheffield (close to Kelham island). Both roles will involve some collaboration with Social We Talk. Read the details here: 

Client Support Executive

Circa £18,000.00 + car + commission

This is a full time role which we would typically expect to comprise of 2 office based days and 3 days visiting clients/potential clients around the UK

Responsibilities

  • contact existing and potential new clients to encourage increased sales and arrange practice visits
  • visit existing and potential new clients to present on our range of products and services
  • cold calling on existing and potential new clients to drop off information/brochures
  • maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • research and recommend new opportunities
  • identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • identify business opportunities
  • prepare reports as required
  • evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • meet personal and team sales targets
  • represent S4S & Smilelign at trade shows, seminars & other events

S4S & Smilelign - Marketing Co-ordinator

Circa £20,000.00 + bonus scheme

Responsibilities

  • liaising and networking with customers, colleagues, suppliers etc;
  • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in dental press or online;
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
  • writing and proofreading copy;
  • liaising with designers and printers;
  • arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • maintaining and updating customer databases;
  • organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions etc;
  • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
  • contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
  • managing budgets;
  • evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • monitoring competitor activity;
  • arranging appointments for the client support manager
  • supporting other colleagues.
